Molly and Billy has issued a press release this morning in light of being in one of the top national papers this week. I am hoping this goes some way to getting the publicity we need, or more to the point getting these VITAL materials into schools. The press release is outlined below, if any follower wants to use it for any promotional purpose, to raise awareness please feel free.
The vital resource in breaking the silence of abuse
Following the recent acceptance into the NSPCC library and catalogue, the Molly and Billy series continues to break the silence of childhood abuse. With praise from authorities including the school nurse association, it has been deemed: 'A vital resource in tackling abuse and bullying- we need this' Cheryl Wellington, Dorset Primary care trust.
The project has been created, developed and produced by Charlotte Fantelli of Christchurch Dorset. Molly and Billy is a complete educational resource, covering topics including inappropriate touching, bullying and peer pressure. Comprising books, CD Roms and Internet materials. This Project is the vital link in breaking silences, aiding communication and tackling these sensitive issues.
Mrs Charlotte Fantelli is available for interview/ Comment on Mollyandbilly@aol.com or charlotte@mollyandbilly.co.uk. Please see www.mollyandbilly.co.uk for further information.
I will update with the story that is running in the paper once I have read the article myself, Thank you all for veiwing,
Charlotte

Hi guys, just to let everyone know I went to Britains got talent with Molly and Billy.... I know crazy, thats what I thought even when I was there! But I have to say I made some GREAT contacts and am very pleased to say I was well recieved.
I wrote to Lord Laming the other day aswell, I thought lets hit this thing as hard as possible: I have taken it just about everywhere it can go: publishers, social networks, the media, the government, charities, even the house of LORDS :-) now I just hope one of the doors that have been knocked finally opens.... heres hoping x

Molly and Billy has a blog!!
Well at least that is the plan! For someone who has made many a website I find myself dumbfounded at the technology that seems to endlessly bombard me with options... I am nervous that people will realise I secretly just stumble through each phase of construction with just a hope and a prayer!
Anyway I am here; a step further I hope in breaking the silences surrounding bullying and abuse. I have been overwhelmed with support in this venture: well honestly I am overwhelmed with public support: government support has been underwhelming, and the select few publishers I have approached have not even responded... If you happen to be one of them: hello, nice to see you here, you do a fabulous job :-)
I am off to read some other blogs and get inspired, I wish I hadn't dropped out of my media course now after just a term... I will be back x
